Texas Affairs

Hey girls!!! How was your weekend? If you didn't know I'm in Houston Texas right now. I came down for a wedding and heading to San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. The wedding I attended was a good friend of mine and it was such a beautiful moment and I'm so glad I was able to be there for their special day. This Ariel pink dress was so perfect for this occasion.  It's light pink chiffon fabric and low back had enough class and elegance. I found this little number at Nordstrom for only $98.00 if you're looking for any last minute summer wedding dresses check them out! I kept it very simple with almost no accessories remember "less is more" sometimes.

My Mermaid Silhouette

This past Sunday I went to The Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. This beautiful resort has some amazing views, a pool that over looks the pacific ocean and great food to just have a relaxing getaway. I thought my outfit was perfect for this breezy day out in Palos Verdes. I wore a black high waisted skirt from at Nordstrom with a black cropped bandeau top from  Charlotte Russe which gave this a mermaid silhouette with somewhat of a classy look. I through on an embroidered sheer vest by Tildon to top off the look and an easy up-do for the breezy weather. This look is great for an evening at the beach or a relaxing getaway.   

As for accessories I've been loving this combo lately and it's not a secret that I love stacking necklaces both from at Forever21  on my Left arm I have a Nixon watch from at Nordstrom with my fab gifted bracelet from  Judith Bright Right arm both stacked bracelets are from Nordstrom. 

Pops of Red "My New Purchase"

I recently made a new purchase at  Zara and completely feel in love. These suede ankle strap sandals in a bright red is the perfect summer sandal. As we go into the fall you can pair these with oxblood red and I promise you, you'll be on trend.

 I paired these ankle strap sandals with these slight boy-friend jeans and a white tank for a casual LA day. 

Of course I couldn't leave my house without arm candy and my vintage Chanel wallet.

Gold & Neutral Accents

Gold has to be one of my favorite accent colors out there. Not only does it go well with black, but it also looks great on neutral tones. Here I paired a neutral tee with floral printed shorts to balance the neutral color on the shorts for a casual hot summer day in LA.
