The Modern Bussiness Women- Splurge vs. Save

This modern day business women doesn't have to cost a fortune. Kim K looks amazing as always, but I'm sure she splurged on this outfit. When shopping for something professional you can take your keys pieces and splurge a little more (for example): my tan pumps by Enzo Angiolini cost $89.00 at Nordstrom, and my high wasted pants by Cooperative cost $64.00 at Urban Outfitters. The rest of the outfit is simple this is where you save (for example): Neck less cost $12.50 at Nordstrom Rack and t-shirt cost $16.00 in the BP section at Nordstrom. "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty"

 Hollywood's fashion elite gathered yesterday May 2 at The Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, to honor fashion extraordinaire Alexander McQueen. Looking all so beautiful these women strut down the red carpet to the Gala which holds Mr.McQueen's postgraduate collection in 1992 all the way to his final presentation. Blake Lively, Jessica Alba, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez were just a few that showed up. My absolute favorite has to be Blake Lively wearing Chanel Couture. This gorgeous two toned dress with little make-up looks effortless. What do you think?

I found this very similar dress online at forever 21 for $14.50 you can pair this up with cute gladiator sandals and necklace like I have in the above picture.
