Hi Dolls, I know its has been awhile since my last blog post since becoming a new mommy it's really hard to find the time (even as I write this Liam is getting fussy lol). With that being said, somehow I found the time to attend New York Fashion Week remember the last time I was there, I was pregnant...crazy how time flies! Being my own #girlboss

Happy Friday my loves, I was recently given the opportunity to help promote the Pitch Perfect 2 movie. To be honest I was a little hesitant, I just had my baby boy not even 3 weeks ago and I wasn't sure if I was gonna have time to complete the task. Then I thought to myself thats why I love what I do.

Some of you might ask, what is it that you do? Well, let me tell you I'm my own #girlboss! Since I work from home making beauty & fashion videos along with a lifestyle blog. I get to make my own schedule and work at my own pace. Also I get to say when things get posted on my YouTube channel and blog without having someone tell me when to post. Working at my own speed is very important with a new born because you run on their schedule.

Working from home you need to consistently stay inspired. What inspires you? Just a few months ago I needed to be self motivated. Now, I have my son who inspires me because his future counts on me. Not only does he inspire me, but he also motivates me to get the job done. Now that I don't have all the time in the world with a new born things need to get done more quickly than ever before.

Chilly New York Days #OOTD

Hi loves, if you guys read last weeks blog post My New York Adventure you would know how scared I was being pregnant in the Big City (Watch this Video) once I got over my fears I was headed to New York City for Fashion Week 2015! Lots of family members were very consered for Liam and I because it was freezing in the Big Apple, so what better way to fix that then to wear lots of layers and by lots, I mean LOTS!

Most New Yorkers see us California girls as "CRAZY" people in my opinion. Some of us step out almost not wearing anything. That would've been me if it wasn't for baby Liam baking in the oven...so I knew I had to dress warm for the occasion and for my baby. Tights and under garments were my best friend that kept me warm underneath it all. As for the outside big faux fur jackets like this one will be sure to keep you warm and keep everyone looking.

My New York Adventure 2015!

Hi dolls, Happy Tuesday! I hope you started this week off with a bang. As most of you already know I'm a mommy to be and currently I'm 28 weeks! I know where has the time gone...right? I took a very last minute trip to NYC for Fashion Week as most of you already know I attend every season once in February and another in September. I wasn't sure if I was going to Fashion Week this time around due to the pregnancy, but I told myself I wanted to be that mommy on the go and never quit!
When we first found out I was pregnant I wasn't sure how I was going to have a career and be a full time mom. I was scared! Then I figured out this was what I wanted to be a mommy and a full time blogger/vlogger and inspire those to do so. Once I came to the realization that, thats what I wanted. I just had to do it! By doing it, I mean everything! That mean't I was gonna continue to do what I loved doing which is making content for you guys with videos and my blog. That also mean't I was heading to New York City for Fashion Week!

#OOTD Looking Good While Running Errands

While in the city that never sleeps you feel like you're running around 24/7.  If you would've told me three years ago that I would be going to New York twice a year for Fashion Week and meetings I wouldn't have believed you. When I'm there I usually like to walk around in flats, and on this day I was taking taxis everywhere, so being in jeans and heels was completely fine. When I at home "in LA" I usually do errands looking like a hot mess, but when I'm in the city you have to dress to impress.

I decided to wear my most comfortable pair of Levi's.  Not only are they comfortable, but they feel like leggings on your body. If you dolls haven't tried a pair of Levis perfectly slimming pull on leggings before, I recommend that you do. I parried these high waist pants with a simple black crop top and leather jacket around my waist for a city chic look. I added some red and black high heels to be more appropriate for meetings with a cool fringe leather bag to make this look complete.
