Liam's Nursery

Hi loves, first off I just wanted to say thank you for all your love and support as I take some time to enjoy my son with my family. We will be back to our regular scheduled videos soon!
For Liam's room we decided to go with a Rustic Travel inspired Nursery with lots of hard wear and a hint of gold because who doesn't love gold...right?
I'm getting lots of questions on my video on what color is Liam's Nursery and to be honest I'm not sure.  When we went into Home Depot to get the color the original color we got was too light, so we took it back to make it darker. So once everything was said and done I'm not sure what color they added to make it a little darker. I do know one thing for sure it is supposed to be a taupe/beige color.

Happy Friday my loves, I was recently given the opportunity to help promote the Pitch Perfect 2 movie. To be honest I was a little hesitant, I just had my baby boy not even 3 weeks ago and I wasn't sure if I was gonna have time to complete the task. Then I thought to myself thats why I love what I do.

Some of you might ask, what is it that you do? Well, let me tell you I'm my own #girlboss! Since I work from home making beauty & fashion videos along with a lifestyle blog. I get to make my own schedule and work at my own pace. Also I get to say when things get posted on my YouTube channel and blog without having someone tell me when to post. Working at my own speed is very important with a new born because you run on their schedule.

Working from home you need to consistently stay inspired. What inspires you? Just a few months ago I needed to be self motivated. Now, I have my son who inspires me because his future counts on me. Not only does he inspire me, but he also motivates me to get the job done. Now that I don't have all the time in the world with a new born things need to get done more quickly than ever before.

The Little White Dress

Hi dolls, today I'm finally revealing my Baby Shower dress. I've been getting lots of questions on where it's from. If you seen  Our Baby Shower Video then you already had a sneak peak, but I thought this dress was way too pretty it needed it's own post. This beautiful  white lace dress with scalloped edge was perfect for the occasion. It was hot enough to keep me cool and sexy enough for my growing belly.

I never in a million years thought my pregnancy would make me feel so beautiful. I've heard so many horror stories of women not feeling beautiful during pregnancy from backaches to sleepless nights. Yes of course those are factors, but I can honestly say I never felt so beautiful in my LIFE! Knowing I have baby Liam growing inside my belly makes me feel like superwomen lol. It has been hard work having to eat right and exercise often, but it's been worth it. Having a healthy baby and great figure during pregnancy was something I knew I wanted from the beginning to make me feel beautiful.

Our Baby Shower

First off I want to say Thank you to all the people that made this day possible. Second Thank you to all our Family & Friends for showering us with so much LOVE we couldn't have asked for a better turn out! A special thanks to at  Cheeky Home for providing us with their beautiful plate designs and their clear chevron stripe cups. Thank you to the  Sweet & Saucy Shop for their yummy macarons. That I didn't get to try, but everyone one else was raving about them lol.

Chilly New York Days #OOTD

Hi loves, if you guys read last weeks blog post My New York Adventure you would know how scared I was being pregnant in the Big City (Watch this Video) once I got over my fears I was headed to New York City for Fashion Week 2015! Lots of family members were very consered for Liam and I because it was freezing in the Big Apple, so what better way to fix that then to wear lots of layers and by lots, I mean LOTS!

Most New Yorkers see us California girls as "CRAZY" people in my opinion. Some of us step out almost not wearing anything. That would've been me if it wasn't for baby Liam baking in the oven...so I knew I had to dress warm for the occasion and for my baby. Tights and under garments were my best friend that kept me warm underneath it all. As for the outside big faux fur jackets like this one will be sure to keep you warm and keep everyone looking.
