New York Fashion Week...Day 5

Day 5 of Fashion Week was craziness! With last minute shows to attend and packing, I was able to squeeze in some time to visit Central Park. I wore a Forever21 black peplum top with these amazing BlankNYC  faux leather pants. The floral design went perfect with the landscape of Central Park, it really brought out the green in the pants. If you are on the petit side like myself try wearing skinny jeans with a nice fitted peplum top for an instant hour glass figure. I paired this outfit with my vintage black cross body bag that I bought while I was in Japan. To finish off the look I paired my Giuseppe Zanotti heels for some hight.

As my journey to New York Fashion Week comes to an end I hope I was able to help inspire you. Although this was my last day in the city, I will be back! So for now it's not goodbye, it's until next time New York ;)

Day 4 of #NYFW on The Brooklyn Bridge

Day 4 of New York Fashion Week had to be one of my favorite days. I was a little exhausted from all the shows, so my friend Ryan (aka photographer) and I decided to take a day off and explore the city. Mind you both of us have been there plenty of times, but we thought we would soak up the beautiful sun and head to the Brooklyn Bridge and take some photos. With all the hustle and bustle of the Brooklyn Bridge it was quit hard to take pictures, but like always we made it work! I was wearing a gorgeous Charlotte Russe shift dress and since I was wearing black and white I added color with a pop of red with my Zara ankle strap heels. I actually wore booties to the bridge, so my feet wouldn't hurt. For there being so many people on the bridge the photos came out well. It was such a beautiful day to walk and think how amazing life really is when you take the time to admire it.

Day 3 of New York Fashion Week w/Mara Hoffman

Hey dolls...so my internet has been down for about a week, hints why I haven't had the chance to post. I had to buy a new wireless router. Anyways...Luckily today it went back up. Yay!!! Day 3 of New York Fashion Week was a little less crazy, since I only had one show to attend which was Mara Hoffman and let me tell you! Her spring 2014 designs were simply fabulous!

As for my outfit on day 3...I wanted to be very "Roxy & The City" so I paired another one of my most favorite pairs of  Giuseppe Zanotti booties with a black leather jacket from Urban Outfitters. What I really loved about this outfit was my Tulip Skirt found (Here and Here) it wasn't your typical "little black skirt" it's draping effect gave this skirt a fresh feel. Making it look more city chic appropriate. Gold accessories completed this look along with my Rebecca Minkoff leather tote.

Day 2 of New York Fashion Week!

As I was siting on the Terrance of  The Hudson Hotel I began to think how blessed I am to be sitting here for New York Fashion Week 2013. I always knew anything is possible if you just set your mind to it. Simply believing in yourself comes first, making it happen comes second. Day 2 of New York Fashion Week was one of my busiest days. I met with a few blogger friends for breakfast on the upper west side, had three shows pretty much back to back. Somewhere during that time I had to shoot for my blog and be at another blogger dinner by 9:00pm. I'm not one to wear things that are elegant, but I fell in love with this drop a line dress by Astr, so I paired it with a black leather jacket from KitsonLA and edgy ankle strap heels from Jimmy Choo to spice things up. Whats your style?
